Cancelling an appointment:
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.
Please take note this includes rearranging as well as cancelling appointments:
- 48 hours or more before your appointment: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.
We are a small family business and each of our clients and our bookings count!

We understand that genuine emergencies can happen and will consider these on an individual basis.
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.

Each booking that gets cancelled last minute or each no-show means someone else has missed a chance to get help with their body.
As much as we like to make sure our clients get the best care we can give, we need to look after our family and business too.
